Palm Park View

This photograph of many Queen Anne Palm trees in a park near the beach was tweaked a little with a graphics program for more effect.  This is a family park setting filled with many palm trees and different species of palms.  It is often used for family picnics, bar-b-ques, and birthday parties.  The shadows these palm trees cast are dramatic, colorful, lively, and fun.  It is so pleasant to sit in the shade under one of these beautiful palm trees on a Sunday afternoon when a gentle ocean breeze comes through.  Although on the mainland of the US, it reminds one of the islands.
